Job Description

Responsibility



To handle day to day accounting entry for AR Responsible for filing of documents Preparation of Credit Notes/ Invoice/ Debit Note Perform receipt matching from customer Verification on stock returned by customer (RMA) Handle customer's B2B portal Assist in monthly accounts closing Assist in physical stock count for selected entity as and when required Data input/ update into accounting schedules from time to time Liaison with sales person and monitoring for aging outstanding collection Any other task or duty assigned by supervisor

Requirements



Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance. Fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Detail-oriented, accurate and well organized Able to work independently with minimal supervision Good communication and interpersonal skills Responsible, proactive and willing to learn
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
