Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1-2 years of relevant working experience is preferred (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Tanggungjawab
Handle daily finance tasks: Record and maintain accurate financial data, including expenses, revenue, invoices, and payments.
Support budgeting and forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets and reviewing financial performance to support business planning.
Conduct basic financial analysis: Identify trends, variances, or areas for improvement and share findings with management.
Manage payments: Oversee accounts receivable (customer collections) and accounts payable (supplier payments) to ensure timely transactions.
Prepare financial reports: Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Assist with tax matters: Support tax preparation, documentation, and ensure timely submission of payments and filings.
Collaborate with teams: Communicate effectively with internal departments, vendors, and auditors to ensure smooth financial operations.
Improve processes: Suggest and implement ideas to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of accounting workflows.
