Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:



Assisting and following up past due accounts fo collections when needed. Assist the team especially AP (PS, PSV Lab, Paisley & VM) in timely payment. Contact client via phone, email, and letters to collect outstanding payments. Provide insights and recommendations to management for improving collection process and reducing outstanding balances. Sorting and filling document for PSV. Administrative activities including Administaration files & records. Any ad hoc assignment assigns by a superior or management.

REQUIREMENT:



Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Account/Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. Can start

immediately.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:

* Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
