- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma Accounting Studies.
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role re quires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking.
- Computer literature & familiar with Auto-Count and MYOB Software will be an added advantage.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
As an Account Assistant at Syfon System Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance department. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- To handle daily accounting functions, data entry, filing, maintain and updating of accounts records.
- Enter all transaction details correctly and accurately into the system.
- Preparation of payment voucher and cheques.
- Assisting in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Recording and reconciling financial transactions accurately and timely.
- Maintaining organized and up-to-date financial records.
- Assisting in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Providing general administrative support to the finance department.
