Account Assistant

Subang, Selangor - Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia

Job Description



  • Handle accounts receivable, payable, posting of journal transactions which includes invoicing debit note and payment voucher (ie issuing of cheques).
  • Reconcile debtors and monthly bank statement.
  • Preferably able to handle full set of accounts which is an added advantage.
  • Perform Banking
  • Maintain proper accounting records and ensuring completeness of documentation
  • Assist Assistant Manager in day-to-day operational matters.
  • To perform other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum qualifications in Diploma in Accounting and above
  • Minimum of 1-3 years working experience
  • Knowledge in IFCA software will be an added advantage
  • Must be computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft word and excel
  • Posses interpersonal and organization skills and is self-driven to meet deadlines
  • Understanding on accounting matters
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both verbal and written
  • Able to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Added advantage for experience in Property Development.
