- Proven experience as an Account Assistant or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with accounting software and MS Office.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin languages (spoken and written).
- Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, record maintenance, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payments.
- Support senior accountants and the finance team in carrying out tasks and projects as needed.
- Follow company policies and accounting regulations to ensure compliance.
