Prepare monthly financial reports, closing schedules, reconciliations and other accounting tasks as well as perform daily accounting operations.
Organizing accounting documents into folders and ensuring the completeness of documents.
Maintain the accounts file by filling all the relevant documents properly preparing, assisting, and updating monthly reports.
Assist in the preparation full sets of accounts and reporting on monthly basis.
Assist on daily finance operational matters, which includes but not limited to Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables.
Liaise with suppliers on invoice and payment matters.
Maintain proper filing and labelling of the company document
Undertake ad-hoc assignments as directed by the management from time to time
