Job Description



Receive, process, and file payments, invoices, etc. Assist in preparation of accounts, cashflow, tax filing, etc. Provide day-to-day administration support to the department. Handle documentation, data entry and organize filing system effectively. Maintains files and records to ensure all is updated and easily accessible. Scan documents for filing onto server. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements:



Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accounting, or equivalent. Experience in accounting and finance would be an advantage. Possess 1-2 Years of working experience are welcomed to apply. Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and other software. Interpersonal Skill & Good communication skill. Able to start work immediately will be added advantages. Good written & verbal English & Bahasa Malaysia communication skills Independent, organized and able to multi-task.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
