is looking for an

Accounts Assistant

to join our team at Subang Jaya. This is a full-time role where you will be an important part of managing our financial records and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.

Based in Head Office (Bandar Sunway, Subang Jaya, Selangor)

Your Key Responsibilities

Preparing and handling invoices, payments, and various financial documents

Performing bank reconciliation and updating general ledger accounts

Assisting in the preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements

Supporting the Accounting team with ad-hoc tasks as needed

Ensuring all financial activities are correctly recorded and well-documented

Working closely with other departments to provide timely and accurate financial data

Keeping up-to-date with accounting standards, practices, and procedures

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of experience in a similar accounting or finance role

Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes

Proficiency in accounting SQL systems and Microsoft Office

High attention to detail and strong analytical/problem-solving abilities

Good communication and interpersonal skills

A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure

Qualifications in Accounting or related fields are an added advantage
