1. Responsible for AR functions including issuing of invoices, delivery orders (DO), approval note, Credit Note, Debit Note, official receipt (inter-company and external customers) and liaise with customer and marketer on related matters 2. Responsible for AR functions including collection arrangement and update into accounting systems, cash book, liaise with customer and marketer on related matters 3. Preparation of documents for collection purposes including LC, BA submission, Pro-forma Invoice etc 4. Monthly generation of customer Statement of Account including email to customer and marketer and liaise with customer and marketer on related matter 5. Perform monthly bank, receivables and vouchers reconciliations 6. Update and report monthly projected collection list and take pro-active actions in resolving disputes. 7. Support Sales & marketing team in administrating sales quotation 8. To ensure all documents completed with credit application for a new customer. 9. Prepare reports including sales report, debtor aging and collection report, order book on weekly and monthly basis 10. Verifies calculations, allocates debtor coding, checks or obtains information for incorrect or incomplete documents. 11. Update AR aging report \xe2\x80\x93 daily collections and send weekly AR Aging to HOD and marketer 12. Housekeeping functions including proper and timely filling of all AR documents 13. Ensure all DO issued are returned with signature and company chop signed 14. Assist on legal matters on customer including reminder letters, late interest computations, compilation of documents to lawyer for legal case. 15. Assist on credit management and control matters for proceed work and/or delivery 16. Ensures all accounting documents are posted accurately and on a timely basis 17. Liaison with auditor, tax agent, company secretary and authorities 18. Any other ad-hock tasks as required by supervisor and/or management.

For decades, we have established and maintained a significant presence in the East Coast of Malaysia, where our current market share in Kelantan and Terengganu stands at 43% and 16% respectively. In Kota Bharu, the capital of Kelantan, HSC remains a market leader as we are supplying 85% of the LPG needs in the city. Looking ahead, we aspire to be one of the leading LPG distribution and logistics corporations in Malaysia. In addition, we have received high demands to expand our trading/ distribution and logistics of various goods ie: Limestone, diesel, FMCG, Sugars, cooking oil and many more.
