Handle day-to-day accounting duties, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
Client Advisory Support:
Assist clients with budget planning, financial forecasting, and cash flow management.
Audit Coordination:
Prepare all required financial documents for audits and answer any audit-related questions.
Compliance & Controls:
Guarantee all financial procedures adhere to relevant standards, legal requirements, and internal policies.
Project Involvement:
Assist senior management with special finance-related projects.
Client Engagement:
Professionally and promptly respond to and resolve all client inquiries.
Other Duties:
Complete miscellaneous accounting tasks and other responsibilities as needed.
Candidate Requirements:
Possess a Degree in Accounting, or hold a professional qualification such as ACCA or CPA.
Familiarity with accounting software such as Auto Count or UBS is a plus.
Strong command of both English and Malay languages.
High level of integrity and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive financial information.
Keen eye for accuracy and strong organizational skills.
Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing.
Self-motivated with a desire to continue developing professionally in the field of accounting.
Must hold a valid driving license.
