Job Description



Full Set Accounting:


- Manage the full accounting cycle, encompassing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

- Oversee all financial transactions, guaranteeing both accuracy and timely completion.

Budgeting, Forecasting, and Cash Flow Management:


- Assist clients in the development of budgets, financial forecasts, and sound cash flow management strategies.

- Responsible for analyzing financial data and delivering recommendations to improve business performance.

Audit Support:


- Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely responses to all inquiries.

- Ensure a smooth and efficient completion of the audit process.

Regulatory Compliance:


- Ensure all financial activities comply with relevant regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.

- Monitor and implement best practices to maintain financial integrity and mitigate risks.

Special Project Support:


- Provide senior management with financial analysis and strategic support on special projects focused on enhancing company growth and operational efficiency.

Client Relations:


-Handle client inquiries and financial issues promptly and professionally, offering expert guidance on all accounting matters.

- Establish and sustain robust client relationships by ensuring clear communication and effective issue resolution.

Ad-Hoc Tasks:


- Support the team by handling various finance tasks and projects as needed to achieve business goals.

Job Requirement


Must-Have Skills:



Professional Qualifications:

Possess a Professional Certificate, ACCA, CPA, or a Degree in Accountancy or a relevant field

Fluency in English & Bahasa Malaysia:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia are required

Driving License:

Must have a valid driving license and be able to drive

Good-to-Have Skills:



Mandarin Proficiency:

Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage, as the role involves liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients

Experience:

Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience will have an advantage, although fresh graduates may apply for junior positions as training will be provided

Communication Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues
