Account Assistant

Salary:

RM2,500 - RM4,000

Key Responsibilities:

Full Set Accounts Management:

Manage all daily accounting functions, such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations.

Client Advisory Support:

Provide guidance to clients on budget preparation, financial forecasting, and optimizing cash flow.

Audit Coordination:

Manage the preparation of audit documentation and provide prompt responses to all auditor inquiries.

Compliance & Controls:

Responsible for ensuring that all financial procedures meet relevant standards, legal mandates, and internal policies.

Project Involvement:

Provide assistance to senior management for special projects related to finance.

Client Engagement:

Provide prompt and professional resolution for all client inquiries.

Other Duties:

Handle other accounting tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Candidate Requirements:

Possess a Degree in Accounting, or hold a professional qualification such as ACCA or CPA. Familiarity with accounting software such as Auto Count or UBS is a plus. Strong command of both English and Malay languages. High level of integrity and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive financial information. Keen eye for accuracy and strong organizational skills. Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing. Self-motivated with a desire to continue developing professionally in the field of accounting. Must hold a valid driving license.
