Job Description

Responsible for the professional and timely resolution of all client inquiries and financial issues, and providing expert accounting guidance.




Full Set Accounting:



Manage the full accounting cycle, encompassing Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Manage the accurate and timely processing of all financial transactions.

Budgeting, Forecasting, and Cash Flow Management:



Assist clients in the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow management strategies. Responsible for analyzing financial data and delivering actionable insights to optimize performance.

Audit Support:



Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, resolving discrepancies, and addressing all auditor queries promptly. Responsible for facilitating the audit process to ensure its smooth and efficient conclusion.

Regulatory Compliance:



Ensure all financial activities comply with relevant regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls. Ensure best practices are implemented and followed to safeguard financial integrity and minimize risks.

Special Project Support:



Work alongside senior leadership to deliver financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement support for special projects that enhance company growth and efficiency.

Client Relations:



Responsible for the professional and timely resolution of all client inquiries and financial issues, and providing expert accounting guidance. Responsible for developing and sustaining strong client relations through clear communication and effective problem resolution.

Ad-Hoc Tasks:



Provide support for ad-hoc finance tasks and projects to help achieve team and business objectives.

Job Requirement


Must-Have Skills:



Professional Qualifications:

Possess a Professional Certificate, ACCA, CPA, or a Degree in Accountancy or a relevant field

Fluency in English & Bahasa Malaysia:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia are required

Driving License:

Must have a valid driving license and be able to drive

Good-to-Have Skills:



Mandarin Proficiency:

Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage, as the role involves liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients

Experience:

Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience will have an advantage, although fresh graduates may apply for junior positions as training will be provided

Communication Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues
