Job Description



Full Set Accounting:



Handle all aspects of the accounting cycle, from Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to the general ledger and bank reconciliations. Handle the accur ate and on-time processing of all financial transactions.

Budgeting, Forecasting, and Cash Flow Management:



Support clients in preparing budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow management strategies. Generate and present financial analysis and actionable insights to drive performance optimization.

Audit Support:



Assist with internal and external audits by preparing documentation, resolving variances, and promptly addressing auditor inquiries. Manage the audit process to guarantee a smooth and efficient conclusion.

Regulatory Compliance:



Confirm that all financial activities meet the requirements of relevant regulations, accounting standards, and internal control policies. Guarantee the implementation and adherence to best practices to protect financial integrity and minimize risks.

Special Project Support:



Support senior leadership by providing financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement for key projects designed to enhance company growth and efficiency.

Client Relations:



Deliver professional, timely solutions to client inquiries and financial issues, and offer expert accounting guidance. Manage the development and upkeep of strong client relationships through effective communication and successful issue resolution.

Ad-Hoc Tasks:



Provide support for ad-hoc finance tasks and projects to help achieve team and business objectives.

Job Requirement


Must-Have Skills:



Professional Qualifications:

Possess a Professional Certificate, ACCA, CPA, or a Degree in Accountancy or a relevant field

Fluency in English & Bahasa Malaysia:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia are required

Driving License:

Must have a valid driving license and be able to drive

Good-to-Have Skills:



Mandarin Proficiency:

Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage, as the role involves liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients

Experience:

Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience will have an advantage, although fresh graduates may apply for junior positions as training will be provided

Communication Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues
