Job Description



Full Set Accounting:



Manage the entire accounting cycle, covering Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Manage the accurate and timely processing of all financial transactions.

Budgeting, Forecasting, and Cash Flow Management:



Assist clients with the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow management strategies. Create and communicate financial analysis and strategic insights to enhance business performance.

Audit Support:



Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation, resolving variances, and efficiently responding to auditor inquiries. Coordinate the audit process to facilitate a smooth and efficient conclusion.

Regulatory Compliance:



Verify that all financial activities comply with relevant regulations, accounting standards, and internal control policies. Ensure the implementation and adherence to best practices to safeguard financial integrity and minimize risks.

Special Project Support:



Provide financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement support to senior leadership on key projects aimed at improving company growth and efficiency.

Client Relations:



Provide professional and timely solutions for client inquiries and financial issues, and offer expert accounting advice. Manage the development and upkeep of strong client relationships through effective communication and successful issue resolution.

Ad-Hoc Tasks:



Assist with ad-hoc finance tasks and projects to help achieve team and business objectives.

Job Requirement


Must-Have Skills:



Professional Qualifications:

Possess a Professional Certificate, ACCA, CPA, or a Degree in Accountancy or a relevant field

Fluency in English & Bahasa Malaysia:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia are required

Driving License:

Must have a valid driving license and be able to drive

Good-to-Have Skills:



Mandarin Proficiency:

Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage, as the role involves liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients

Experience:

Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience will have an advantage, although fresh graduates may apply for junior positions as training will be provided

Communication Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues
