Account Assistant

RM2,500 - RM4,000

Key Responsibilities:

Full Set Accounts Management:

Manage routine accounting duties, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), payroll processing, and bank reconciliations.

Client Advisory Support:

Provide clients with support for budget planning, financial forecasting, and effective cash flow management.

Audit Coordination:

Manage the preparation of financial records for audits and address all subsequent auditor inquiries.

Compliance & Controls:

Verify that financial procedures satisfy relevant standards, legal requirements, and internal policies.

Project Involvement:

Help senior management with diverse special financial projects.

Client Engagement:

Deliver professional and timely responses to all client queries, ensuring resolution.

Other Duties:

Undertake various ad-hoc accounting duties and additional tasks as required.

Candidate Requirements:

Possess a Degree in Accounting, or hold a professional qualification such as ACCA or CPA. Familiarity with accounting software such as Auto Count or UBS is a plus. Strong command of both English and Malay languages. High level of integrity and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive financial information. Keen eye for accuracy and strong organizational skills. Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing. Self-motivated with a desire to continue developing professionally in the field of accounting. Must hold a valid driving license.
