Job Description



Full Set Accounting:



Oversee the full accounting cycle, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger management, and bank reconciliations. Handle the timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions.

Budgeting, Forecasting, and Cash Flow Management:



Provide client advisory on the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow management strategies. Develop and communicate strategic financial insights and analysis for enhancing business performance.

Audit Support:



Provide support for internal and external audits by preparing documentation, resolving discrepancies, and responding effectively to all auditor inquiries. Manage the audit process to ensure a smooth and efficient conclusion.

Regulatory Compliance:



Confirm that all financial activities meet relevant regulations, accounting standards, and internal control policies. Guarantee the implementation and adherence to best practices to protect financial integrity and minimize risks.

Special Project Support:



Provide financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement support to senior leadership on key projects aimed at improving company growth and efficiency.

Client Relations:



Provide professional and timely solutions for client inquiries and financial issues, and offer expert accounting advice. Manage the development and upkeep of strong client relationships through effective communication and successful issue resolution.

Ad-Hoc Tasks:



Assist with ad-hoc finance tasks and projects to help achieve team and business objectives.

Job Requirement


Must-Have Skills:



Professional Qualifications:

Possess a Professional Certificate, ACCA, CPA, or a Degree in Accountancy or a relevant field

Fluency in English & Bahasa Malaysia:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia are required

Driving License:

Must have a valid driving license and be able to drive

Good-to-Have Skills:



Mandarin Proficiency:

Fluency in Mandarin is advantageous for this role, which requires communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Experience:

While candidates possessing 1-2 years of relevant experience are preferred, we welcome applications from fresh graduates for junior roles, as full training will be offered.

Communication Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective liaison with clients and team members.
