Job Description



Full Set Accounting:



Manage the entire accounting cycle, covering Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger management, and bank reconciliations. Direct the accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.

Budgeting, Forecasting, and Cash Flow Management:



Advise clients on the development of budgets, financial forecasts, and effective cash flow management strategies. Generate and report strategic financial insights and analysis to enhance business performance.

Audit Support:



Assist with internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation, resolving discrepancies, and effectively responding to auditor inquiries. Direct the audit process to guarantee a smooth and efficient conclusion.

Regulatory Compliance:



Verify that all financial activities adhere to relevant regulations, accounting standards, and internal control policies. Ensure best practices are implemented and adhered to, in order to protect financial integrity and mitigate risks.

Special Project Support:



Deliver financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement support to senior leadership on strategic projects focused on boosting company growth and efficiency.

Client Relations:



Address client inquiries and financial issues promptly and professionally, and provide expert accounting guidance. Responsible for managing the development and upkeep of strong client relationships through effective communication and successful issue resolution.

Ad-Hoc Tasks:



Handle ad-hoc finance tasks and projects to meet team and business objectives.

Job Requirement


Must-Have Skills:



Professional Qualifications:

Possess a Professional Certificate, ACCA, CPA, or a Degree in Accountancy or a relevant field

Fluency in English & Bahasa Malaysia:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia are required

Driving License:

Must have a valid driving license and be able to drive

Good-to-Have Skills:



Mandarin Proficiency:

Fluency in Mandarin is advantageous for this role, which requires communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Experience:

While candidates possessing 1-2 years of relevant experience are preferred, we welcome applications from fresh graduates for junior roles, as full training will be offered.

Communication Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective liaison with clients and team members.
