Key Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks including

invoicing, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliations.

Handle

accounts payable and receivable

, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments and receipts. Support in the

preparation of monthly financial reports and account statements.

Maintain and update

financial records, filing systems, and documentation

for audit and compliance purposes. Perform

data entry

and ensure accuracy of transactions in accounting software. Liaise with

vendors, clients, and internal departments

to resolve billing or payment issues. Assist in

monitoring cash flow

, petty cash, and staff claims. Prepare supporting documents for

tax filing, audit, and statutory submissions.

Support the finance team in any

ad-hoc administrative or accounting tasks

as assigned.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Someone who's organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with numbers. Good communication skills, especially when working with vendors and teammates. Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software (bonus if you've tried any!) A degree holder in Accounting or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome--we're happy to guide you as you grow!
