JOB DESCRIPTIONS: \xe2\x80\xa2 Involve in financial accounting systems including Cashflow Management, AR & AP, year end audit \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and prepare Monthly Reports ie., P & L, Balance Sheet, Bank Reconciliation, Debtors, and Creditors Aging & SOA, Payroll and Inventory. \xe2\x80\xa2 Operation functions ie., Invoice & Collection, D.O, P.O., Fund Transfer, Inter-company Transactions, Product Coding, General Ledger, Compliance to Statutory Requirements by Authorities etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Management functions such as, liaise with Company Secretarial Functions, Intellectual Properties, Inter departmental management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible and manage annual audit with the external auditor and finalise tax computation with tax agent, \xe2\x80\xa2 Welcome proposals to improve the Companies\' operations, administrative system, and current accounting and operational system. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist the company to negotiate with banks or funders to improve its financial position. \xe2\x80\xa2 Guide, train, and motivate subordinates and team members
