Manage day to day account operations activities such as processing transactions, issuing payments, updating ledgers, budgets and etc. Preparation of monthly full set of accounts, financial and management reports Ensure the smooth and efficient running of accounting procedures and system Monitor all matters in relation to the company transaction To liaise with the external auditor, company secretary, tax agent, bankers and other statutory bodies To ensure proper maintenance of records, documents and filing to support all accounting entries. Prepare forecasting cost (monthly/yearly), payment voucher & online banking payment. Liaison with company secretary, auditor, banks and tax agent. Cash flow planning and managements. Support the management to plan, develop, execute financial strategy to ensure that it is in line with company\xe2\x80\x99s overall strategy Forecasting requirements, preparing annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyzing variance and initiate corrective action. Other ad-hoc assignments will be assigned to you from time to time
