Key Responsibilities
Update
daily cash balance
for company bank accounts
Record daily cash in and cash out accurately
Track
Accounts Receivable (AR)
- invoices, due dates, and follow-ups
Track
Accounts Payable (AP)
- supplier invoices and payment schedules
Maintain proper records of
credit card transactions and due dates
Prepare
weekly cashflow, AR & AP summaries
for management
Assist with monthly accounts closing and reports
Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, and financial documents
Support external accountant / auditor when required
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1-3 years working experience in accounting or finance support role
Familiar with basic accounting principles
Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets
Experience with accounting software (AutoCount / SQL / UBS / similar)
Honest, organised, and able to meet deadlines
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
Experience in retail or pharmacy environment
Experience handling multiple branches or companies
Basic understanding of cashflow vs profit
