Preferabably female candidate with minimum 1-3 years working experience in accts field.
Able to handle Account Receivable and Account Payable, Issuing receipt and prepare debtor aging report.Able to do full set of accounts is an advantage..
Issuing P/O and Follow up delivery schedule
Data entry, statement, contra of account & handling payment issue
to prepare monthly reports within schedules and all accounting related tasks
Maintain proper filling and housekeeping of accounting records and keep update record of company inventory in proper order.
Update utilities files , rental files and all other files in system and make sure all record is up to date
support ad-hoc and any other duties as required and meet tight deadlines set by management time to time
Able to do minimum 50-70 PV per day and high level of multi tasking capability.
Able to work at speed.
Good in Documentation and must chase Debtors and make sure payments due are resolved. Clear backlogs needed by management.
Able to use SQL accts system well and good at it.
Can handle pressure and stress and can work and adapt to this environment with no issues.Can handle work on their own without supervision.
Salary will be based on experience and speed at work.(daily reports must be given).
Salary: RM 1800-RM 2400.00.start immediate
