Job Description


Requirements :-

  • Should possess at least Diploma in Accountancy
  • At least 1 year working experience in construction & development field
  • Alert & meeting deadline
  • Must possess strong time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks
  • Pleasant personality, hardworking, willing to learn, able to communicate & interact effectively
  • Knowledge in SQL Accounting Software
  • Proficient in English
:-
  • Day to day running all matters related to construction & project development
  • Update & keep all relevant forms, documents, correspondence & records, in respect of the progress of works
  • Preparing vouchers
  • Matching, checking & verifying of invoices, delivery order & purchase order
  • Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with cash payment monitoring and processing
  • Work closely with Account Manager & project team to ensure accurate transactions & posting into accounting system
  • To perform general administrative duties assigned by superior from time to time
  • Willing to work overtime when need arises
