Account Assistant/executive

Job Description


Responsibility :

  • Handle full set of accounts.
  • Prepare general ledger for transactions and journal entries.
  • Perform month-end closing of account.
  • Cash flow management and preparation of cash flow forecast.
  • Assist in year-end audit.
  • Ad-hoc job assigned by the superior.
Requirement :
  • A candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Required Skills(s): Microsoft Office, Accounting Software, Communication Skills
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior / Senior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting, Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
