*This position is to be base in DTO TG Langsat (6 months contract) Accounts Assistants Job Purpose: Execute Account related activities to ensure the smooth running of the Account department processes. Duties & Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2Assists Accounts Executive in daily works. \xe2\x80\xa2Prepare payment vouchers, cheques or online payments for staff claims and suppliers. \xe2\x80\xa2Gather to arrange for signatories and handle payments. \xe2\x80\xa2Produce the transactions in cash books. \xe2\x80\xa2Prepare bank and supplier reconciliation. \xe2\x80\xa2Perform data entry into AX systems. \xe2\x80\xa2Perform AX & SAP System \xe2\x80\xa2Perform filing and documents tasks Qualifications SPM/Diploma in Accounting Functional / Technical Skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare payments \xe2\x80\xa2Statutory Reporting Bursa / SC / Bank Negara \xe2\x80\xa2Invoice verification (2 FTS) Reconcile suppliers\' statement. \xe2\x80\xa2Issue sales invoice/debit note and credit note \xe2\x80\xa2Check on cash book maintained by Accounts Assistant \xe2\x80\xa2Maintain office petty cash \xe2\x80\xa2Check/prepare bank reconciliation. \xe2\x80\xa2Insurance Coverage Knowledge \xe2\x80\xa2Documents control \xe2\x80\xa2Computer skills ( Microsoft Office ) \xe2\x80\xa2Financial Policies & Procedures \xe2\x80\xa2Maintain inventory ledger. \xe2\x80\xa2Month end processing & generate trial balance \xe2\x80\xa2Maintain fixed asset ledger. \xe2\x80\xa2Organising proper filing \xe2\x80\xa2Data entry \xe2\x80\xa2Prepare journal vouchers Non-Technical Skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Attention to detail \xe2\x80\xa2 Nimble learning \xe2\x80\xa2 Customer focus \xe2\x80\xa2 Critical thinking \xe2\x80\xa2 Problem solving
