Job Description


  • Possess minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year experience in related field.
  • Aggressive and committed to work.
  • Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice.
Responsibilities
  • To handle full set of accounts: AP, AR, and G/L.
  • To manage and handle accounts system.
  • To handle and oversee monthly bank reconciliation, monthly analysis, daily payment issuance, daily collection.
  • To assist and coordinate annual audits.
  • To submit and present management report as per dateline.
  • To manage and monitor monthly ageing report.
  • To handle any other ad-hod assignment as and when required
  • To monitor day to day operations of accounting record & filling
  • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
