Kelayakan

• Minimum of STPM / Degree / Diploma in Accounting or related professional qualifications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and applications, as well as Microsoft Office programs. Knowledge and experience in using SQL accounting software system will be an added advantage
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Without experience is encouraged to apply, guidance and on-job-training provided
• Self-motivated, proactive and willing to work under pressure in an individual or team capacity
• Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills, and attention to details
• Ability to start at short notice is preferred
• Full-time position- Working hours: Monday to Friday
• Must be willing to work at Georgetown, Penang

Tanggungjawab

• Prepare, compile and analyze account information of a company\'s assets, liabilities, incomes and expenses account entries.
• Manage accounting jobs assigned, ensuring all jobs are done diligently and timely manner
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Secure financial information by completing data base backups.
• Update client on all relevant submission before due date such as audit, tax submission, SST submission and etc.
• Plan schedule and timetable to complete tasks assigned and to meet all submission deadlines.
• Follow up debtor aging and collection
• Ensure proper filling and maintenance of accountancy filling
• Processing expense requisition
• Liaise with external parties such as auditor, tax agent, company secretary, bankers, lawyers, government authorities, customers and supplies
• Perform other duties as assigned /ad-hoc tasks to support relevant and related business requirements
