Responsibilities Able to handle full set of all general accounting and reporting matters To assist in daily operation, bookkeeping and handling of full set of accounts Ensure proper filling and maintenance of accountancy filling Processing expense requisition Ensure all transactions are supported with proper approval and relevant supporting documents as well as recorded in the accounting system Liaise with external parties such as auditor, tax agent, company secretary, government authorities etc Manage accounting jobs assigned, ensuring all jobs are done diligently and timely manner Any other duties as assigned Qualifications Candidate must possess at least STPM / Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. Without experience is encouraged to apply, guidance and on-job-training provided Self-starter and very strong multi-tasker. Highly efficient and process-driven Knowledge and experience in using SQL accounting software system will be an added advantage Well versed in computer knowledge.
