Account Clerk (account Assistant)

Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Account Clerk to assist in handling daily accounting tasks, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up to date.

Requirements:



Minimum SPM/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field. At least 1 year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping. Familiar with accounting software AutoCount is an added advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Good attention to detail, responsibility, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:



Handle daily accounting entries and ensure accuracy of financial records. Assist in preparing invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts. Perform data entry for accounts payable or receivable. Reconcile bank statements and maintain proper filing of accounting documents. Assist in month-end closing and preparation of financial reports. Liaise with suppliers, customers, and other departments on accounting matters. Support the Finance Department in other related tasks as assigned.

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,750.00 per month
