Record and maintain daily sales transactions and expenses.
Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
Reconcile cash, credit card transactions, and bank statements.
Monitor accounts payable/receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
Manage and maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for finance and store documents.
Handle data entry and maintain accurate records of inventory and stock adjustments.
Assist with the preparation of reports for management (e.g., sales, expenses, profit margins).
Liaise with suppliers and service providers for billing and delivery documentation.
Provide administrative support to the store manager and other departments as required.
Good with handling pressure.
