Authority:
  • Checking for the correctness of charges.
  • For general entry in accounts systems.
  • For petty cash payments.
Job Function:
  • Ensure monthly financial statements are properly prepared and updated.
  • Ensure that all receipts are properly and correctly updated in FAS.
  • Ensure that bank reconciliations are properly prepared and updated.
  • To operate the computer for the preparation and maintenance of accounts and various reports.
