Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Responsible on daily accounting entries.
Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transaction.
Maintains accounting records by making copies filing documents.
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payment are accounted for and properly posted.
Verify discrepancies by and resolve client\'s billing issues.
Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status

Qualifications for Account Clerk
Minimum diploma/degree with at least 2 years working experience is required.
Experience in full set of accounts (preferred).
Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office and computer literate.
Hand-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software(SAGE software will be an added advantage).
Understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations.
Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
Language requirement : English and Bahasa Malaysia (write and speak).
