Account Clerk (contract)

Job Description

ROLES, RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY :



a) Assist in handling daily accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable / GL entries.

b) Assist in processing accounting transactions, issue payments, and update ledgers.

c) Assist in the preparation of monthly management report sub-schedules or relevant supporting reports.

d) Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the receipts, invoices, and payments.

e) Assist in the timely performance of reconciliations, including bank reconciliation, payment report, vendor, and customer statements.

f) Any other ad-hoc duties or assignments as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:



a) Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting or a related field

b) Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel & Accounting Software

c) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

d) Aggressive, self-motivated and result-oriented with a positive work attitude

e) Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferable to join on November / December 2025
