Job Description

Responsibilities:
Check and monitor inventory accounts.
Maintain proper record and organisation of filling system.
Prepare monthly management reports (P&L, Balance Sheet and Schedules)
Support monthly payroll
Ensure accurate timely submission of regulatory requirements: EPF, Socso, PCB and etc.
Check on staff, promoter and operator expenses claims input to claim template.
Follow up with customers for collection through calls, emails & portals
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned..

Requirements:
Possess at least minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields with professional qualifications.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in full set of account.
Familiar with accounting standards, tax laws, and filling procedure.
Excellent math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
Advance level in MS Excel and good knowledge of accounting software.
Organization and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
Having ERP experience
