JOB SCOPE

Processing and recording transactions:

Keying in data, processing invoices, managing petty cash, and recording cash, checks, and vouchers.

Maintaining financial records:

Updating ledgers, maintaining organized filing systems for invoices and receipts, and ensuring financial records are accurate.

Account reconciliation:

Balancing accounts and checking for discrepancies between records and statements.

Report generation:

Producing financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets, and preparing quotations.

Payroll processing:

Collect, enter, and verify employee payroll data, including hours worked, rates, and deductions.

Payment distribution:

Process and issue employee payments accurately and on time.

Record keeping:

Maintain organized and accurate payroll records and documentation.

Inquiry resolution:

Respond to employee questions about pay, benefits, and deductions, collaborating with HR and finance as needed.

Education and experience

High school diploma or FORM 5 mathematic result C & above

Experience:

A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience FRESH graduate are encourage to apply.

Skills

Computer proficiency:

Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and SQL accounting software

Mathematical and numerical skills:

Must be able to perform calculations accurately and efficiently.

Organizational skills:

Ability to manage tasks, maintain records, and handle filing is essential.
WORKING HOUR

MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8AM - 5PM

SATURDAY 8AM-1PM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
