We are looking for an

Account Clerk

to assist in handling daily accounting and administrative tasks to ensure smooth financial operations at the HQ.

Responsibilities:



Record and update daily financial transactions accurately. Handle supplier invoices, payments, and customer billings. Prepare bank reconciliations, petty cash, and payment vouchers. Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records. Assist in preparing monthly reports and supporting documents for audits. Support payroll preparation and other finance-related tasks. Liaise with vendors, outlets, and other departments on payment or billing matters.

Requirements:



Diploma or Certificate in Accounting or related field. Basic knowledge of accounting and computer software (Microsoft Excel, Word). Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized. Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
