Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organized

Account Clerk

to assist in daily accounting tasks and general administrative duties. The ideal candidate will support the finance team in basic bookkeeping and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This position is suitable for someone who is meticulous, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:Accounting Duties:



Assist in handling daily accounting entries (AP, AR, expenses, and petty cash). Issue invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts. Perform basic data entry using

AutoCount

or other accounting software. Ensure proper filing and documentation of all accounting records. Assist with stock entry and matching of delivery orders (DO), invoices, and returns. Support month-end closing activities. Minimum 1yr working experience (similiar industry would be an added advantage) Experience in handling full set accounts would be an added advantage
8:30 AM - 6:00 PM (Sunday-Thursday)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)
