& Responsibilities: - Carry out duties such as computer and manual filling system, ensure proper maintenance of documentations for easy reference & auditing, responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
- Familiar with Auto Count Software System.
- Account clerk assists accounting departments with various tasks, including process invoices, organize office mail, record business transactions, and manage customer accounts
- Accurately input financial data into accounting systems or spreadsheets. This includes numerical data such as expenses, revenues, and other financial information.
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties assigned by the management.
- Able to work under minimum supervision and committed with a strong sense of urgency. Job Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Malay. Possess own transport (advantage).
- Maintain up to date employee holidays; Medical Leave and Annual Leave.
- Preferred candidate with 1-2 years experience(s).
