- Previous experience as an Account Clerk or in a similar role (No experience is welcome to apply)
- Familiar with accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (AutoCount)
- Strong attention to detail with problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Process and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank accounts and financial transactions
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and regulations
- Assist in the preparation of tax-related documents and filings
- Handle inquiries related to accounts and payments
