Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and supporting financial information. Prepare daily journal entries and general ledger
• Timely submission of P&L and Balance Sheet, reconciliation, AR and AP
• Development and implement financial plans, budget forecast cash flow and internal control
• Timely preparation of management reports, cash flow management, preparing budget
• Determine and maintain record of assets and liabilities
• Compliance with accounting standards
• Verification of payments
• Manage month-end, quarterly and year-end closing
• Preparation of year-end audit schedules
• Preparation bank reconciliation
• Prepare Cash Flow Planning Monitor on available cash and float for payment planning
• Monitor Bank Trade Line transactions ( L/C, T/R, B/A & B/G )
• Ensure accuracy in GST computation before online submission to Custom
• Ensure accurate and appropriate recording revenues and expenses
• Substantiates business transactions with relevant supporting documents
• Review and advise on business operations regarding revenue and expenditure trends and financial commitments.
• Trouble-shoot accounting problems
• Recommend, implement and monitor accounting procedure and controls
• Investigate, reconcile and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
• Ensure compliance legal requirements
• Process invoices in an accurate and timely manner
• Ensure timely payment to vendors
