Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, UBS).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible with deadlines.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Handle data entry of invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
• Perform reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain and update accounting records and filing systems.
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and auditors when required.
• Support month-end closing and assist with general office administration.
