Job Responsibilities
(Includes but not limited to):
Perform general administrative tasks and data entry
(e.g., quotations, purchase orders, invoices, order reports, etc.)
Do company accounting, data entry
Ensure proper filing and organization of all records and documents
Handle any ad-hoc tasks or duties assigned by management
Requirements
Accounting equivalent qualification
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
(especially Excel & Word)
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
At least
1 year of relevant working experience
preferred
