Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least an SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is an advantage.
• Skilled in accurate data entry and record management.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Capable of organizing and managing tasks efficiently.
• Experience in invoice preparation and bill management is an advantage.
• Open to fresh graduates and candidates without experience.

Working Hours:

• Monday - Friday: 10:00am - 7:00pm
• Saturday: 10:00am - 3:00pm

Responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Perform data entry tasks related to accounts payable and accounts receivable in a timely and efficient manner.
• Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries and payment status.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
