Job Description


Job Responsibility Assist in the monthly closure of accounts and the preparation of comprehensive management reports. Prepare and coordinate year-end financial closing / audit and tax planning. Responsible for preparation of tax estimation and prepare tax returns. Review accounts of transactions. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banker, authorities, and government department (LHDN). To assist in ad-hoc assignments and any other related tasks, as and when assigned. 5-day work week Job Requirements Possess Professional Certificate / Diploma/Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent. At least 5 years of working experience Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges. Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions. Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas. Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution. Business-minded where applicable with entrepreneurship skill to ensure business success. Experience in real estate is an advantage.
