Job Description


Job Responsibility To handle full set of accounting, ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial report and other related schedules. Coordinate and execute financial transactions and activities, such as bill payment, invoicing , etc. Assist in the credit control and collection of customer\'s payment, including sending reminder. Coordinating and oversee the overall conduct of audit exercise and liaise with internal. To prepare regular financial reports and to assist with the team during month end closing. To prepare monthly bank reconciliations and reports Liaise with financial institutions, lawyers, tax agents and other internal parties including regulatory bodies on financing and other accounting related matters. Perform any other related duties or ad-hoc assignment as and when requested by the superior and management. Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accountancy/ Qualified ACCA or equivalent. At least 2 years of relevant experience with accounting and audit experience. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given and standard accepted practices.
