Job Description

\xc2\xb7 to key in all matters pertaining staff payroll in payroll system. \xc2\xb7 well verse in payroll matter. \xc2\xb7 able to handle and deal with department involved such as KWSP, PERKESO, state zakat office, banks and others. \xc2\xb7 To assist in general accounting duties such as preparing payment vouchers and filing. \xc2\xb7 Processing transactions, issuing cheques and online payment. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for accounts transactions and ensuring proper filling. \xc2\xb7 Responding to routine requests for assistance and information. \xc2\xb7 To perform any other assignment that may be allotted from time to time Job Requirements \xc2\xb7 Candidates must possess at least SPM or Diploma in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent. \xc2\xb7 At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in payroll and accounts field. \xc2\xb7 Able to work under tight deadline, meticulous, proactive, multitask in a fast-paces environment and independently with minimum supervision. \xc2\xb7 Serious commitment to responsibilities with the ability to work under pressure. \xc2\xb7 Computer Literate and Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
Willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
  • STM/STPM (Required)
Experience:
  • payroll: 1 year (Required)
Willingness to travel:
  • 25% (Required)
