Job Description
- Candidate must possess a Diploma, Degree or equivalent in Costing Accounting and related fields.
- Language proficiency: English, Mandarin.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting procedure.
- Experience with accounting software such SQL.
- Excellent analytical skills with and attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills.
- Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information.
- Solid cost system background.
- Collecting cost information and maintaining an expenses database.
- Determining fixed cost such salaries, rent and insurance.
- Plan and record variable cost such purchases and operation cost.
- Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies.
- Prepare budgeting report.
- Analyse and report profit margins.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual cost forecasts.
- Assisting in month-end and year-end closing.
- Identify and recommend cost-effective solutions
