Job Description


  • To handle correspondence with customers, suppliers and authorities/3rd parties
  • Ensuring in timely closing of monthly AR & AP reconciliation
  • Handle office petty cash, customer cash payment & bank-in records.
  • Handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filing
  • General office administration works
  • Prepare director\'s claim and assist in daily operation works.
  • Prepare customer\'s Credit Note, Check to Goods Return & Stock Record.
  • Prepare monthly staff attendance report and commission calculation.
  • Ensure accounting records & systems are in compliance with company policies, approved accounting standards and statutory requirements.
